Return Eligibility
You must request a return within 3 days (72 hours) of delivery.
To qualify for a return, the item must be:
- Unused, unworn, and unwashed
- Returned in original packaging
- With all tags, labels, and accessories intact
- Free from stains, odors, damage, or alterations
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be declined.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are generally not eligible for return unless received damaged or defective:
- Hand rings and certain fashion accessories (for hygiene reasons)
- Clearance or final sale items
- Gift cards or promotional items (if applicable)
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, notify us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing support@danvistyle.com.
Please include:
- Order number
- Clear photos or an unboxing video showing the issue
- Images of the packaging
After verification, we will arrange a replacement or provide a refund at no additional cost to you.
Return Approval Process
All returns must be approved before shipping the product back.

- Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.
- Customers may be responsible for return shipping charges unless the return is due to our error.
For your protection, we recommend using a trackable courier service.
Refund Policy
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval status.
Minimum refund timeline:
- Approved refunds are initiated within 5–7 business days.
- The amount may take an additional 5–10 business days to reflect in your original payment method, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, except when the return is due to our mistake.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be canceled if the cancellation request is made before the order has been shipped. Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible.
Exchange Policy
Exchanges are available for:

Refusal of Returns
